Could you please tell us your personal story? How long have you been trying to have a child?

In 2020, I went to my gynecologist for a checkup, hoping she would confirm that my husband and I were expecting. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned, and at the age of 30, I was Breast Cancer Diagnosis …was delivered. After that, my world came crashing down, and we had to deal with issues that were completely different from our family planning.

Was OvulaRing still able to help you after your breast cancer diagnosis?

Because of the anti-hormone therapy, which we weren’t able to stop until three years later so we could try to conceive, my body was in a real mess. I hadn’t had a single period in the last three years. OvulaRing helped me track the return of my cycle. According to my blood tests, my hormone levels weren’t even within the measurable range. But the OvulaRing app showed me that my body’s signals hadn’t deceived me, and I had my first period.

And then you just got pregnant “out of the blue”?

Thanks to OvulaRing, I knew exactly when my fertile days were and I became pregnant as early as the next cycle, even though the doctors had warned me that I might have to wait 1–2 years. I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant, and we’re so excited about our little miracle!
