About Us

Behind OvulaRing is the team at VivoSensMedical. We are a young company based in Leipzig. Our work is grounded in over 40 years of medical research conducted by our co-founder, Prof. Dr. Henry Alexander. He is one of Europe’s leading reproductive medicine specialists and was responsible for one of the first IVF babies born in Germany.

Our vision is to use OvulaRing to bring about lasting change in women’s health diagnostics—moving away from standard therapies toward personalized and, therefore, more effective treatments. We aim to minimize unnecessary fertility treatments, reduce the use of hormones, and personalize necessary treatments. In doing so, we seek to sustainably reduce the costs and side effects of treatments.

Our interdisciplinary team consists of experienced entrepreneurs, medical professionals, developers, and marketing experts. We combine over 40 years of medical and scientific work with 20 years of development expertise and international management experience. All team members have extensive professional experience working abroad, including in the EU, the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East.
