OvulaRing provides you with accurate information about your cycle and detects whether ovulation is occurring or not. This allows us to help you get pregnant faster or identify the next treatment steps. If you use OvulaRing for at least 3 months and no ovulation is detected during your use, we will give you your money back.* To qualify for the money back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have worn OvulaRing continuously for at least 3 months, excluding the times of your period.
• Your cycle must be biphasic.
• Recording gaps must not have been greater than one hour per day.
• You must always have used OvulaRing no later than the 6th day of your cycle.
• You must have completed at least one cycle.
• OvulaRing has not indicated ovulation during your period of use in a proven healthy and biphasic cycle.
• You must not be older than 40 years.
• You must have requested at least one cycle consultation and have cleared your cycles for OvulaRing service.
  
  

If these conditions are met, send us an email with the subject Money-Back-Guarantee to info@ovularing.com. Your email must reach us no later than 4 weeks after the end of use. Tell us the reason why you want to claim the money-back guarantee. Send us your bank details or Paypal account. We will review your case within 5 business days and contact you again if there are any questions. If the conditions are met, we will transfer the money to you within 10 business days.
