Dear Svenja, could you please tell us your personal story? How long have you been trying to have a child?

Our personal journey toward having a child began four years ago. I had slightly elevated levels of male hormones, and the doctor suspected that PCOS In my case. However, this wasn’t confirmed during either of the surgeries I had. During the first surgery, my fallopian tubes were flushed to check that everything was “in order,” since my left fallopian tube was always difficult to locate. The reason was that it was too long and had slipped into the abdominal cavity. It was then secured in place.
During the second surgery, my fallopian tubes were flushed out again. What can I say: I got pregnant with the OvulaRing right after my wedding! -
What have you tried so far?

I had many conversations with my gynecologist and was prescribed several medications. I also underwent hormone stimulation and saw a naturopath.
