OvulaRing provides you with optimal support for natural birth control, but it is not a contraceptive itself. OvulaRing does not interfere with your body’s natural cycle, as the birth control pill does, for example. It also cannot prevent the transfer of sperm or the fertilization of eggs. That’s why it’s important to use another form of birth control—such as a condom—or to abstain from sex during your fertile days.
Your subscription period begins either with your first recorded temperature reading or, at the latest, one month after shipment. This ensures that the sensor has the desired battery life.

OvulaRing helped me understand my cycle and become pregnant in the sixth tracked cycle. With a very irregular cycle, timing is crucial, and OvulaRing provided great support here. For irregular cycles I also recommend using ovulation tests; that gives even more confidence, because with strong fluctuations temperature alone isn’t always conclusive. Using it is easy and the technology is brilliant. Only the clarity of the presentation in the app and the online version could be improved a bit (keywords: symptoms—you can enter them, but you can’t evaluate them clearly). The professional support from OvulaRing Support was always quick and helpful.
I am very satisfied with the application. The app is easy ... and I will continue to use it even after pregnancy.
Regardless of the product—which I truly can recommend without reservation—I want to highlight the great customer service. During the usage period, all my questions were answered quickly and satisfactorily. The Ovula team was especially accommodating and customer-friendly after I forgot to pause the usage period after giving birth. They credited me for all the months afterwards—completely on their own!
I can recommend the Ovula ring to anyone who wants to learn more about their cycle and is trying to conceive. I thought my cycle was very irregular, but in reality it’s just very long; ovulation occurs every 40–44 days. Thanks to Ovula, I was able to time those days perfectly and became pregnant in the first cycle 🙂

Ich bin sehr zufrieden..
Tragekomfort: Da ich die letzten zehn Jahr mit dem Nuvaring verhütet habe, kenne ich die Handhabung solcher "Plastikringe" sehr gut und hatte somit keine Problem. Auch spüre ich beim Tragen nichts, nur beim GV stört es meinen Mann, was aber kein Problem ist (dann wird der Ring für den Akt rausgenommen).
Auslesen und App: Beim Auslesen hatte ich die erste Male ein bisschen mühe aber es ist alles Übungssache, nach 2-3 Mal klappts dann auch reibungslos. Grundsätzlich finde ich die App einfach und klar dargestellt. Das einzige was mich stört... Wenn ich die Daten übertragen habe, muss ich die App schliessen und neu laden sonst sehe ich die neue Werte nicht.
Zum Preis möchte ich sagen, dass er genau gleich teuer wie der Nuvaring (zumindest in der Schweiz) ist. Deshalb nehme ich das gerne in kauf.
Ein grosses Dankeschön an das TEAM von Ovularing, ihr habt wahnsinniges geleistet und helft uns Frauen sehr damit.

Habe einen sehr unregelmäßigen Zyklus. Da es dadurch Recht schwierig zu wissen wann man seine fruchtbare Zeit hat, kann Ovularing echt helfen. Ich wollte nach einer Fehlgeburt "schnell" wieder schwanger werden und nach 3 Monaten der Benutzung hat es dann wieder geklappt. Da ich jedoch von meinen 6 Monaten noch 3 hatte, hatte ich angefragt ob man diese in der Zukunft aufbrauchen kann. Das hat auch gut geklappt, jedoch liegt hier die Grenze bei 2 Jahren. Jetzt probieren wir es noch Mal mit dem Ring für das zweite. Und wir hoffen, dass es wieder so schnell klappt.
Mit dem Service bin ich auch bisher immer zufrieden gewesen. Zur App kann ich nix sagen, da es damals nur über Browser und einem Auslesegerät möglich war die Daten zu übertragen. Daher müsste ich mir einen neuen Sensor für 95 Euro bestellen.
Da musste ich etwas schlucken, jedoch verständlich, da sich die Technik geändert hat.
Ovularing ist sehr einfach in der Bedienung. Der Ring hat mir gehulfen nach vielen Jahren hormoneller Verhütung meinen natürlichen Zyklus kennenzulernen und mich dabei unterstützt ihn nebenher mit TCM zu regulieren. Ich hatte festgestellt dass er anfangs sehr unregelmässig war, gleichzeitig beruhigt dass ich immer einen Eisprung hatte.
Mit der Anzeige der Fruchtbarentage unterstützt das Tool den Kinderwunsch. Kann aber genauso für sonstiges Zyklus Tracking helfen.
Das Produkt kann ich sehr empfehlen, da man ohne viel Aufwand seinen Zyklus sehr genau beobachten kann.
Ich bin sehr froh OvulaRing für den Kinderwunsch verwendet zu haben, denn schon nach 6 Monaten konnte ich trotz unregelmäßigem Zyklus einen positiven Schwangerschaftstest in der Hand halten.
Durch den Kundenservice wurde mir schnell und kompetent geholfen.
