Change your account data

To change the password for your account, you can use the following link change OvulaRing password. Here you need to enter your username and email address that you have stored in the OvulaRing app. If you have any further questions, please contact our service.

If your name, address or both have changed, please send us an email to service@ovularing.com with your old and new details and your OvulaRing customer number. You will find your customer number in your order confirmation mail.

Unfortunately, your OvulaRing username cannot be changed. The presentation and analysis of your temperature data with OvulaRing as a medical device is subject to strict data protection guidelines. These include, among other things, that your data is stored anonymously – i.e. without direct reference to your name.

Share account with my doctor

There are more and more doctors who are familiar with the OvulaRing temperature method. However, OvulaRing is a fairly new method and your doctor may not have heard of it yet. We will be happy to provide your doctor with information about OvulaRing if you wish.

Log in to your OvulaRing account for myovularing.com and select the button ‘Share with my doctor’ under ‘Account’ > ‘My shares’. Here you can find your doctor via the OvulaRing doctor search and share your account for viewing.

Pause OvulaRing application

To pause your app, you can enter your desired pause time in months via the account page in the OvulaRing app or at myovularing.com. You can also email us at info@ovularing.com or use our contact form. We will be happy if you let us know the reason for your application break.

An application break can always start at the full application month and is only possible with a booked application of at least 6 months. If you wish to resume your application after the break, additional costs may apply as you may need another sensor. Please let us know in time if you want to resume your application so that we can send you a possible resupply.
