OvulaRing is a vaginal biosensor that measures your core body temperature every 5 minutes—288 times a day. After your period, it’s inserted like a tampon. It’s highly flexible, so during sports, sex, and everyday life it’s barely noticeable—or not noticeable at all.
Via Bluetooth, you can transfer your data as often as you like, at least once per cycle, to the app. Then you insert the ring again right away.
With OvulaRing, you can see whether your cycles are healthy and fertile. In the first cycle, we learn your personal cycle pattern. Starting in the second cycle, you’ll already receive your daily likelihood of conception. And from cycle three onward, the app calculates your forecast for the timing of your next ovulation.

*** The output of the daily likelihood of conception is usually available starting in the second cycle, since in the first cycle OvulaRing first learns your individual fertility patterns.
**** Ovulation prediction is usually provided for the fourth cycle, since at least three ovulatory cycles are needed for reliable calculation. If ovulation varies by more than 8 days between consecutive cycles, no reliable prediction can be provided. This does not affect the calculation of the daily likelihood of conception. OvulaRing therefore also identifies your fertile days precisely even with irregular cycles.
