In order to process and fulfill your order in our online shop, we collect your full name, address and payment details as well as your email address as part of the ordering process. This personal data you will only be used to process your order. The evaluation page myovularing.com is used anonymously and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
With the OvulaRing order you will receive a user name and a password. This access data is pseudonymized, i.e. not linked to your personal customer account in our customer database either. VivoSensMedical uses the cycle data in anonymous form without any personal reference for the improvement of the medical algorithms and the further research work. After the maximum 24 months of storage, the cycle data is stored anonymously for the research work. The reference to the user's personal data will be deleted. The temperature data is then only available anonymously, i.e. an assignment of the temperature data to a user is excluded from this point in time.
6. Cycle consultation

In the following we will get in touch with you and ask you to explicitly grant us a temporary release for inspection of your medical data and evaluations collected by OvulaRing. You can withdraw the approval at any time within the software. All information necessary for cycle consultation is collected and stored by us exclusively for this purpose.
